Beginner

New or limited experience

For adults who are new to swimming or have little swimming experience. Focused on water comfort, safety, breathing, floating, and developing basic swimming skills.

Intermediate

Comfortable in the water

For adults who already know how to swim and are comfortable in the water. Focused on technique, developing existing swimming skills, and learning new skills.

Advanced

Confident swimmers

For adults who want to further develop their swimming technique. Focused on technique, breath control, endurance, and the four swimming strokes.

Our small-group structure guarantees intimate lane sizes and focused coaching. Please review our attendance and payment policies prior to registration.

Strict No-Refund Policy

All individual class purchases are final sale. Due to tightly restricted lane caps (3–5 swimmers), registrations cannot be refunded, refunded partially, or credited under any circumstances.

Single-Date Commitment

Each registration secures your dedicated spot for the specific date and level booked. Missed sessions or personal absences cannot be rescheduled, credited, or transferred.

Non-Transferable Placement

To preserve coach-to-swimmer ratios and accurate level assessments, enrolled spots are personal to the registrant and cannot be transferred to other swimmers.
