Positive Coaching for Growth

All of our coaches and instructors follow the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance, focusing on fostering growth, confidence, and collaboration. Our staff is dedicated to helping individuals build skills, enhance self-esteem, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship in every activity. Our sports curriculum is carefully designed to suit the developmental needs of each age group, emphasizing key learning outcomes across mental, physical, and emotional aspects of sports.

ZUMBA Class

ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired fitness program that incorporates dance and aerobic movements. It uses a combination of hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and elements of Bollywood and oriental dance, as well as squat and lunge exercises.

STRETCHING Class

Stretching is a very effective class that includes exercises aimed at lengthening shortened muscles in the body and increasing the range of motion in the joints they surround. It also provides relaxation for both body and mind.
