This Membership Agreement is entered into with a non-profit community fitness and aquatic facility located in the State of Maryland.

• Membership grants access only during designated gender-specific days and hours.
• Members must comply with all facility rules, schedules, and posted policies.
• POOL USE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHOUT A LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and support facility operations and community programs.
• The facility does not provide medical, accident, or liability insurance.
• Membership may be suspended or terminated for violation of facility policies.

This swimming program is operated by a non-profit community facility in the State of Maryland.

• POOL USE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHOUT A LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
• This waiver applies to all children and youth participants.
• A parent or legal guardian must supervise and ensure compliance with all facility rules.
• Swimming activities involve inherent risks including drowning, slipping, or injury.
• The parent or legal guardian voluntarily assumes all risks on behalf of the minor participant.
